What pricing options are available?
Basic ($20/month), Pro ($50/month) and a custom Enterprise plan, each with different limits and storage. Choose the plan that fits your team — see pricing plans.
How do I pay for my plan?
Two ways. In the app — through Paddle, our merchant of record for in-app subscriptions; major cards and online payment systems are supported. By card on this site — the “Pay by card · Stripe” button on pricing plans; Pixel Rainbow Inc. is the seller, the price is final with no tax added, and we activate your plan manually within 24 hours. Pay with the email of your AppSign account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. In-app subscriptions are cancelled in the subscription section of your account; subscriptions paid by card on this site — by email to [email protected], and we confirm within one business day.
How do I manage billing and payment information?
For in-app subscriptions, log in and open the subscription section — there you can update your card and manage your plan. For subscriptions paid by card on this site, email [email protected] to change the plan or the card.
